You connect Stripe once. Guests pay on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe handles payouts and receipts for you.

- Stripe's card fee, usually 1.5% + SEK 1.80

What does it cost to take payments?
Denira's fee per paid booking depends on the plan: Start 2.5%, Pro 1%, Premium 0.5%. Stripe charges its own fee for card payments, usually 1.5% + SEK 1.80 for European cards.
Can guests pay with Swish?
Yes, if Swish is enabled in your Stripe account. Then Swish shows on Stripe's checkout page next to card, and Klarna if you have turned it on.
When do I get the money?
The payment lands in your Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank account according to your settings there.
Do I get Denira's fee back if I refund?
Yes. When you refund through Stripe, Denira's fee on that amount is refunded too.
Can I take payment on site?
Yes. Record the payment as manual: cash, Swish or card. Denira's fee applies then too and is drawn monthly from a saved card.
