My name is Johan, I'm 20 years old and studying at Chalmers University of Technology. During my time at Stisses Canoe Rental, I realized there was no booking system designed for companies that sell experiences — not just products. Existing systems could handle either equipment rental or guided tours, but never both in the same solution. That's where the idea for Denira was born.
Our story
The Problem
While working at Stisses Canoe Rental, it became clear that no existing booking system was built for companies offering outdoor experiences. Systems were either designed for product sales or for slot-based events — but never both.
The Solution
Denira was built from the ground up with tourism and experience companies in focus. With support for both product-based capacity (rentals) and slot-based experiences (guided tours), along with integrated payments, staff, and scheduling.
The Future
Denira continues to evolve with new features based on feedback from real experience companies. The goal is to become the obvious choice for anyone looking to digitize their experience booking process.
