Stripe
You connect your Stripe account to Denira. The guest pays at checkout and the money goes to your account. Stripe handles payouts and receipts.

Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook
You create a private link and subscribe to it in your calendar. The calendar fetches new bookings and shifts on its own, as often as it refreshes subscriptions. You change them in Denira, not in the calendar.
- Every upcoming booking, for admins and managers
- Each staff member gets their own shifts and assigned bookings
- The link can be replaced or turned off if it has been shared

Booking on your existing website
If you already have a website, the booking can sit on it. Guests see the same experiences, times and prices as in Denira.
- A button that stays in the corner
- The booking right on a page, or behind your own button
- A link and a QR code to the booking

Import from Bookspot
Upload Bookspot's booking export, and the sales report if you have it. Before anything is imported, you match each row to an experience, product or add-on in Denira, or create a new one.
- The booking export and the sales report as Excel files
- Earlier seasons' bookings, with payment status and method
- Setup help is free once the import is done

SIE file for your accounting software

- Payments, refunds, gift cards, invoices and Denira's fees
- Invoice or cash method, with BAS accounts you can change
- The specification as CSV, with the booking number on every row

Bank files
Download a file from your bank and read it into Denira. A payment is registered on the invoice when the reference and the amount match. The rest wait for you to look at them.

- Matched on the invoice's OCR reference
