Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests enter their name, email and phone and pay. The confirmation arrives by email.
How do I avoid double bookings?
Every booking counts against the same places or the same stock, whether it is made on the website, through a link or in the admin. The place is held while the guest pays and released if payment is not completed.
Can guests cancel or rebook themselves?
Yes, if they bought the cancellation or rebooking guarantee and it is before the time you chose. Then there is a link in the confirmation. Otherwise the guest contacts you.
Can businesses pay by invoice?
Yes. You choose per experience whether invoice is offered. The business enters its company name, address and invoice email at checkout.
Does the booking work on my current website?
Yes. You add the booking as a button, right on the page or as a link. You don't need Denira's website to take bookings.
