Full or not

The sauna seats twelve, and Friday's evening session in January fills with people who rang and people who just turned up. Whoever walked across the ice gets turned away at the door.

The group wants it to itself

Ten colleagues want the sauna to themselves on a Thursday evening. While you reply to the email, three places on that session have already gone to others.

One price all year

A Friday evening in February costs the same as a Tuesday morning in June, because the price list at the till doesn't know what day it is.

Places on public sessions, the whole sauna for groups

Each public session has its own number of places, and the private sauna is sold at one fixed price per booking however many come. Guests add a towel or robe in the same booking.

The host knows how many towels to put out

The day's list shows every session with its guests, rented towels and robes and payment status. You choose who fires the stove and welcomes guests on each session, and close the sauna on days it needs servicing.

Payment

Paid before the guest reaches the changing room

Guests pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Gift cards are sold on your website, and companies that hire the whole sauna can be invoiced from Denira.

Common questions

Can we sell annual passes, season cards or punch cards?

No, not today. Each visit is booked and paid for on its own. If you want to give regulars a lower price, you can give them a discount code.

Can a group hire the whole sauna?

Yes. The private sauna has one fixed price per booking, however many in the group come. Put it on times without public sessions, or close the public session for the time the group has booked.

Can guests rent a towel and robe?

Yes. They are set up as add-ons with a price, and you can set a limit if you only have so many.

Can evening sessions cost more than mornings?

Yes. You can set different prices for certain weekdays, times of day and seasons, such as a winter price for evenings.

Can we take guests who turn up without booking?

Yes, if places are left. You enter the booking yourself and take payment on site, so the places come off what your website shows.
