The season moves the times

The beaver safari leaves at 20:00 in June and 17:30 in September. Every time the light changes, the times on the website need changing, and sooner or later someone forgets.

The weather decides at dawn

A storm arrives overnight and the tour is called off at seven. Twelve guests need to be reached before they get in the car.

Long trips, lots of details

A six-hour hike comes with lunch, borrowed rain gear and a guest who can't eat gluten. It's all spread across different emails.

Start times and prices that change with the season

Set up a schedule for each season with its own start times, so the evening safari can leave later in June and earlier in September. Snowshoes, canoes and other equipment are counted across every tour that uses them.

Close a departure, a tour or a whole day when the wind picks up, and send an email or text to everyone who has booked. The day's list shows which guide has which tour and what guests wrote in their comments.

Payment

Schools and companies pay by invoice

Private guests pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. You invoice schools and company groups from Denira, with reminders when payment is late.

Common questions

Can start times change with the season?

Yes. A schedule applies to a date range, so the same safari can leave at 20:00 in June and 17:30 in September. Single days are added as exceptions.

Can we warn guests about something on a particular date?

Yes. You add a notice to the date and guests see it when they book, for example that the trail is closed or the tour takes another route.

Can we sell tours that run over several days?

Tours of several hours or a full day work like any other departure. A tour with sessions on several different days in one booking isn't available yet.

Can guests tell us about allergies or how experienced they are?

Not as separate questions. Guests can write it in the comment, and you and the guide see it in the day's list.

Can the tour and the lunch have different VAT?

Yes. You set VAT per experience, product and extra, so the tour and the food can have different rates in the same booking.
