After three days of rain the river is too high for the family trip. Saturday's starts have to move to Sunday, and everyone who booked needs to know before breakfast.

Each start gets a number of places and its own adult and child prices. If a group wants a raft to itself, you set that up as a separate trip with one fixed price per booking and a maximum number of people.

Invoice the kick-off once you know how many came
Families and groups of friends pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Company groups are invoiced from Denira, and if fewer turned up than planned, a credit note puts it right.

Common questions
Can we set a minimum age?
The booking doesn't ask for age. Put the limit in your booking terms, which guests see before they pay, and check on site. You can also state it in the trip's description.
How do we move guests when the water is too high?
You close the day so nobody else can book and send a message to everyone who has booked. Then you move each booking to a new time in Denira, or refund it if the guest can't come.
Can a group have a raft to itself?
Yes. You set up a private trip with one price for the whole booking and a minimum and maximum number of people, for example four to eight. The group pays the same however many come along.
Should the wetsuit be included or cost extra?
You choose per trip. If it's included, say so in the description. Otherwise sell it as an extra, with a number if your stock is limited.
Can a company pay after the day?
Yes. You enter the booking and send the invoice from Denira once you know how many came. If the invoice has already gone out, you correct it with a credit note.
