Families ring to ask whether they can come on Sunday. You answer with the phone in one hand and the feed bucket in the other.

The farm opens to visitors once the lambs are born and closes after the harvest. Every spring new times have to go on the website and the answering machine.

Whoever shows the farm knows how many are coming

The day's list shows every tour with adults, children, fika ordered and comments, such as someone coming in a wheelchair. You assign a guide to each tour and close days when the animals need quiet.

Payment and invoices

The class visits in May, the invoice goes the same day

Schools and preschools pay by invoice from Denira, with a page where they can pay and reminders if the invoice is left lying. Families pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

Common questions

Can the youngest children come for free?

Yes. Add a separate price category for small children at SEK 0, next to adult and child.

Can we open only in summer and a few autumn weekends?

Yes. Opening hours and schedules can apply to a date range, so tours can only be booked during your season. Outside it, no times show.

How do we charge a preschool that visits in May?

You enter the booking and send an invoice from Denira. The preschool gets it as a PDF by email with a page where it can pay, and you can send reminders.

Can a children's party have a tour of its own?

Yes. A private tour has one fixed price for the whole group, so no other visitors can book the same time. Fika is added just as in an ordinary booking.

Can we tell visitors something ahead of a particular day?

Yes. You add a notice for a date that shows in the booking, for example that parking has moved during the harvest. Guests who have already booked can be reached with a message from the day's list.
