Teachers have shifts that repeat every week and add their own time off, which takes their times off your website. The day's list shows every lesson with the student, the teacher and the comment. That is where a parent writes the child's name and what they are working on.

Students pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. After the lesson a message goes out with a link to book again, with the lesson and the student's details already filled in, and the teacher if the student chose them. A company paying for an employee's Swedish lessons can be invoiced from Denira.

Common questions
Can a student book the same time every week?
No, not today. Each lesson is booked on its own. After each lesson the student can get a link to book again with their details filled in, and the same teacher if they chose one, so they only pick the next time.
Can we sell a package of ten lessons?
No, not today. Each lesson is paid for on its own. Long-term students can get a discount code, and you can sell gift cards for one lesson on your website.
Can a parent book for their child?
Yes. The parent books with their own details and writes the child's name and level in the comment field. The teacher sees the comment in the day's list.
Can two siblings have a lesson together?
Yes, as one booking with two participants and one teacher. You choose whether the lesson costs per participant or a fixed price per booking.
Do teachers only see their own students?
In Denira every teacher sees every booking. The calendar each teacher subscribes to in Google, Apple or Outlook only holds their own shifts and lessons.
Can students cancel by themselves?
Yes, if the student bought cancellation protection when booking and it is before the limit you set. Otherwise the student gets in touch, and you cancel or move the lesson.
