Staff

Mark when you can't work

Each staff member marks their own unavailability in Kalender. Managers and admins see it when they add shifts and assign staff to bookings.

Invite your staff

  1. Go to Inställningar › Användare (Settings › Users) and click Bjud in (invite). Only admins can invite.
  2. Enter the email address and choose a role: Admin, Platschef (manager) or Personal (staff).
  3. Click Skapa inbjudan. The invitation goes by email when Skicka e-postinbjudan is on, and you can also copy the link. The link is valid for 7 days.
  4. The person you invited creates an account or signs in with the same email address. A new account first confirms its email address. Then they click Gå med i teamet (join the team).

Mark unavailability

  1. Open Kalender and click Otillgänglig in the toolbar. Staff can also click a day or drag over a time in week view. Managers and admins who click a day choose Markera otillgänglig.
  2. Choose Heldag (all day), or fill in Från and Till. A reason is optional.
  3. Save.
  • You can mark today and later.
  • Each date can have one all-day entry, or times that don't overlap.
  • You only see and change your own unavailability. Nobody can enter it for someone else.

Where it shows

  • Your unavailability shows as yellow markers in Kalender: in the Personal row in week view, at the bottom of the day in month view.
  • When a manager or admin adds a shift or assigns staff to a booking, each person is marked Tillgänglig (available) or Otillgänglig (unavailable).
  • If a shift clashes with someone's unavailability, a warning shows. It doesn't block the schedule.
