A family booked four bikes over the phone. When they arrive, one of the children needs a 20-inch bike, and the small ones are already out.

Two e-bikes have a puncture and a broken gear. The booking list doesn't know and keeps selling them.

One guest wants a bike for two hours, another for the whole weekend. A paper list can't tell you whether the bike is free on Sunday morning.

See which bikes go out today

The day's list shows every booking with its bikes, extras and payment status, so whoever is at the counter can get the right bikes ready. Block a bike that needs repairing and it won't be sold until you release it.

Payment

Paid before the bike leaves the shop

Guests pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Hotels and companies that hire bikes for their guests can be invoiced straight from Denira.

Common questions

Can each size be its own product?

Yes. You add each model or size with its own count, for example five e-bikes in M and three in L. Guests choose the size and number when they book.

Can guests hire for several days?

Yes. You decide which hire lengths guests can choose: hours, until closing, or one or more days. The bike counts as taken for the whole period.

Can guests tell us their height?

Not in a separate field yet. Guests choose a size in the booking and can add their height or other requests in the comment, which shows in the day's list.

What do we do when a bike breaks?

You block the number of bikes that are broken. The booking on your website then counts with fewer bikes until you remove the block.

Can we hire out bikes and sell guided bike tours as well?

Yes. The tour is its own experience with start times. If it uses the same bikes as the hire, both count from the same number.
